At Immersion Brewing, we take great pride in our handcrafted beers. Our expert brewers use only the finest ingredients and take great care in the brewing process to ensure that every beer is of the highest quality.
Where is beer made at Immersion?
– All our beer is made right here on a 10 barrel brew house. The term “10 barrel” refers to the size of our brew house and 1 beer barrel is equal to just over 31 gallons. We take pride that our brew house was fabricated here in Oregon using American stainless steel.
Our brewer can make 310 gallons of beer per batch. This batch size provides a good balance between production capacity, flexibility, and ability to produce high-quality beer.
Our system includes a mash tun, a boil kettle, 7 fermenters, and the 5 copper-clad serving tanks you can see behind the bar.
