Immersion Brewing's executive chef, Chef Jack H Tate, moved to Bend from Tucson, Arizona where he nurtured local flavors and ingredients. His menu for Immersion Brewing sources local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible and plays with exciting flavors for every beer lover.
