Immersion Craft Beer

Immersion Brewing is a small brewery; this allows us to be diverse as well as stay true to the craft beer that inspires us. We have a unique lineup of beers that we feel represent our passion for traditional brewing as well as some limited release beers that are pushing the boundaries of what is considered possible.


YEAR ROUND TAPS
LITTLE FAWN, Saison. Traditionally brewed in the Winter to be consumed during the Summer months this crisp and easy drinking ale is perfect for the C.O. climate. Low bitterness and complex aromas. ABV 6.0% IBU 30

HEAT WAVE, White IPA. The brewing style of an India Pale Ale with wheat base and spiciness of a Belgian wit beer. A medium hop characteristic adds up to an easy drinking and flavorful beer. ABV 6.5% IBU 48

BENDER, Belgian-style NW IPA. An ale that transcends brewing techniques with a unique blend of American Columbus, Cascade and Centennial hops for bittering and unique flavors from Belgian yeast. ABV 7.0% IBU 72

IRA, Immersion Red Ale. Ruby-red color, big hops, and a complex aroma profile of coffee and roasted warm spices like coriander and anise. (AVAILABLE ON NITRO) ABV 6.9% IBU 60

LIMITED RELEASES
BIRRA D'CRUSHSaison Hybrid. Co-fermented with Italian Nebbiolo grapes from from Canas Feast Winery for tartness. Following regional tradition, the brewer also added a secret blend of botanicals to create layers of complexity. ABV 6.8% IBU 28

EPIC BENDERImperial IPA. Balanced with bittering hops and a good dose of fruity Mosaic hops. ABV 8.75% IBU 85

MAX'D STOUT, Oatmeal Stout. A thick and persistent tan colored head gives way to mild roasted grain aromas and dark chocolate malt. Oats added for body and balance. ABV 5.9% IBU 38

TWISTED SISTERS, American Pale Ale. A light golden pale ale packed with a lot of aroma and flavor. Magnum, Cascade, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops. ABV 4.8% IBU 45

BARREL RELEASES
BARREL OF MONKSBelgian Strong. We took our Deceptive Monk, a deep coppery-brown amber colored beer with a lighter body and higher alcohol content. Then we aged it in rye whiskey barrels for 3 months adding layers of vanilla and oak. 10oz. snifter.  ABV 8.8% IBU 24

ALE YOU NEED IS LOVERaspberry Chocolate Porter. A robust porter brewed with cocoa nibs and fermented in a rye whiskey barrel with raspberries. 10oz. snifter.  ABV 8.5% IBU 26

MAX'D COFFEE STOUT, Oatmeal Stout. We took our Max'd Stout and put it in a rye whiskey barrel along with some Coffee 4 Kids cold brewed coffee. It's everything you need to perk you up on a cold winter day. 10oz. snifter.  ABV 6.1% IBU 38
